The experts at Eastern Ways Martial arts have been teaching countless men, women & children in the greater Sacramento and have performed throughout Hong Kong & China for over 22 years! Please join them as they teach and demonstrate their world famous techniques at the expo! You will see demonstrations in traditional Lion Dancing, Kung-Fu weapons and two-person fighting forms, and even unique forms and weapons of Tai Chi. You will then be taught these powerful techniques. Don’t miss your chance to get in on the action!

Master of Kettlebell Sport Mike Salemi and Upper Cervical Chiropractor Dr. Drew Vercellino come together to bring you unique tips and techniques inspired by elements of kettlebell sport, a sport built on efficiency. They will breakdown and lead you into a step-by-step progression to maximize movement efficiency, and elevate your fitness to a whole other level! You’ll leave having improved your overall lifting skills, and not to mention the health of your spine and shoulders simultaneously.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Corepower Yoga Sculpt
Saturday at 2pm and Sunday at 11am
When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
The Resolute Hoop Troupe

Join The Resolute Hoop Troupe! Troupe members will provide hoops to play with, and instruction and support for basic hooping technique. De-stress and recharge yourself and help us in our mission to spread unwavering love, light and flow arts.

Get moving for Diabetes and be a part of the American Diabetes Association’s nationwide #DiabetesDanceDare. Every 23 seconds, another American is diagnosed with diabetes so we are dancing and daring our friends to spread the word and build support to stop this disease. Celebrities including Usher and Shaquille O'Neal have taken the Dare and now it’s your turn.
